We believe that everyone deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and encouragement they need to succeed — no matter where they’re starting from.
That’s why we offer free, one-hour Office Hours for individuals who may not otherwise have access to professional development services.

Who It’s For
Office Hours are open to:

• Low-income individuals

• Returning citizens

• Entry-level workers

• Students (high school, college, or adult learners)

• Anyone in need of professional guidance or a fresh start

How We Can Help
During your Office Hours session, you will be paired with one of our experts who can focus on what matters most to you:

• Career Materials – Resume writing, cover letters, personal statements

• Job Search Support – Strategies, networking tips, and application guidance

• Education Planning – Finding schools or programs that fit your goals

• Business Start-Up Advising – Business planning and early-stage guidance

• Professional Development – Building skills, communication, leadership

• Budgeting & Goal Setting – Creating clear, achievable plans for your future

• Student Research Guidance – Organizing, sourcing, and presenting academic work

• And more – Any challenge you’re facing where a focused, strategic conversation could help
